Terms & Conditions

Booking Process

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only upon written confirmation from Coffee Bean Inn.
All reservations are subject to availability.

Booking Eligibility & Responsibility

Bookings may only be made by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult. Unaccompanied minors will not be permitted to stay.
You may make a booking on behalf of another individual or company.
The person making the booking remains responsible for:

• Providing accurate information of the booking-name of the guest/s, duration of stay, contact information.
• Ensuring all guests comply with these Terms & Conditions
The name provided at the time of confirmation must be accurate. Changes to the primary guest name after confirmation may be permitted only at the discretion of management.

Bookings are non-transferable and may not be assigned or resold to any third party. Unauthorized transfer or resale may result in cancellation without refund.

Identification Requirements

In compliance with applicable Indian laws and local regulations:

• All foreign nationals must present a valid passport along with an appropriate and valid visa at the time of check-in.
• All domestic guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo identification proof with address at check-in. Accepted IDs include Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or Masked Aadhaar Card.
Failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of check-in.

Rates & Payment

Room rates are communicated at the time of responding to your enquiry and prior to booking confirmation. Rates may vary based on availability, duration of stay and corporate arrangements.

The final agreed rate will be stated in the written booking confirmation.

Payment terms, including any advance payment requirements, will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash or card. Card payments are accepted; however, applicable transaction or processing charges may be levied.

Coffee Bean Inn reserves the right to revise rates prior to booking confirmation.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In

Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM.

Early check-in from 9:00 AM onwards may be permitted subject to availability and applicable additional charges. Requests for early check-in must be communicated at least one day in advance; however, availability can only be confirmed by Coffee Bean Inn on the night prior to the scheduled arrival date.

For arrivals before 9:00 AM, the room must be booked from the previous day to ensure availability.

Check-Out

Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Late check-out until 2:00 PM may be permitted subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-outs beyond 2:00 PM attract charges up to the full applicable room tariff.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Guest Cancellation

​

For the purpose of this policy, a group booking shall mean a reservation of three (3) or more rooms under the same booking or for the same stay dates.

​

For individual bookings, cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time are free of charge.

 

For group bookings, cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time are free of charge.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to check-in may attract a partial charge equivalent to 50% of one night’s room tariff per room cancelled.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff per room cancelled.

 

For in-house guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in, cancellation of any subsequent room nights must be made at least 24 hours in advance, failing which charges for the next confirmed night shall apply.

 

Prepaid bookings made through external platforms cannot be cancelled directly with Coffee Bean Inn for a refund and shall be governed by the respective platform’s cancellation policy.

 

No-Show

If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation as per policy, the reservation will be treated as a No-Show and 100% of the confirmed booking amount for the entire stay shall be charged.

Cancellation by Management

​

Coffee Bean Inn reserves the right to cancel or refuse accommodation in cases including but not limited to:

• Misconduct or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, management or other guests

• Fraudulent or misleading booking information

• Possession of weapons or prohibited items

• Involvement in unlawful activities

• Blacklisted or previously non-compliant guests

Guest House Policies

Valuables

​

Guests are advised to store money, jewellery, and other valuables in the lockable wardrobe provided in the room. Wardrobe keys may be collected from the front desk upon request.

Coffee Bean Inn shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, whether stored in the room, wardrobe, or elsewhere on the premises.

Visitor Policy

​

Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms to ensure the safety and security of all guests, unless declared and charged as extra persons.

Only upon payment of these additional charges, will visitors will be allowed inside the premises.

Damage to Property

​

Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay, whether caused by themselves or their visitors.

The cost of repair, replacement, or restoration shall be charged to the guest.

 

Prohibited Activities

​

Any activity prohibited under applicable Indian law, including but not limited to illegal substances, prostitution, or other criminal conduct, is strictly prohibited.

Management reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund and take appropriate action if such activities are identified.

 

Shared Accommodation

​

In cases of shared occupancy, the stay is understood to be based on mutual consent between occupants. Coffee Bean Inn shall not be responsible for disputes between guests sharing a room.

 

Smoking Policy

​

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor common areas of the property.

Smoking is permitted only in private balconies of rooms that are designated with a balcony.

Violation of this policy may result in cleaning charges, damage recovery costs, and/or termination of stay at the discretion of management.

GST & Tax Invoicing

If a GST-compliant invoice is required, guests must provide accurate GST details at the time of check-in.

GST details once submitted and invoices once generated cannot be modified thereafter.

Coffee Bean Inn shall not be responsible for any loss, denial of tax credit, or financial implications arising from incorrect or delayed GST information provided by the guest.

Limitation of Liability

Coffee Bean Inn shall not be liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control (including force majeure events)

• Indirect, incidental, consequential losses arising from the stay
